The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast, I tried SAVOURY dishes. Every staff member was well-trained and helpful.

The staff were very busy, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel was wonderful relaxing and the staff attentive, marvellous location really close to the beach. The room was great-sized and included a minibar, an electronic key card and a work desk. The meals were great! Our stay was an excellent experience.

Our stay was amazing! The pools were fantastic with a great space for kids, and the buffet had very nice variety, especially the delicious grilled options. The evening shows were a highlight for our family!

Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the mini-club activities, while the themed dinners added a delightful variety to our meals each evening. The beach proximity was fantastic, but there were minor noises from the pool maintenance at night.

fantastic central spot for parks and local attractions

I loved having Parque de los Lagos just a short walk away, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the scenery, and the close proximity to fine landmarks like the Chipiona Lighthouse made my time there special.

The pools were a big hit with the kids, and the all-inclusive dining options provided something for everyone, even picky eaters. The staff was always friendly.

The hotel offered a lovely infinity pool and facilities catering to children, like a mini-club and animation activities. Cleanliness was a strong point across the hotel. All entertainment was exclusively in Spanish, which limited English-speaking guests, and the 'all-inclusive' meal option required at least a 4-night stay. An upgrade to a larger room was a nice surprise too.

Great little getaway at Costa Ballena! Staff cleared check-in queues quickly, excellent. The buffet food was decent but could have been better compared to past visits, and the same goes for the pool restaurant. The kids had plenty of entertainment options, both day and night. I appreciated how clean the grounds and pool were. One thing that baffled me was the rule against small inflatables in the main pool. I get that large ones can be a problem, but why not allow small rubber rings? It doesn't seem fair. This marked our fourth visit, and we definitely plan to return soon!

The limited dessert variety might leave those with a sweet tooth wanting more, and paying in cash for pool towels can feel a bit outdated for a modern hotel.

Just a prime choice for a weekend excursion in Costa Ballena with good price value. The pool area was great. Remember to bring cash for pool towels, or you might be caught off guard.
